If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using our services, as clicking and accepting these Terms is a prerequisite for scheduling services provided by The Monsha’s.
2.2 By accepting these Terms, you affirm that: (i) you are at least 18 years old; (ii) you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract with us and not restricted by any relevant laws; (iii) the registration information you provide is accurate and complete, and you will maintain its accuracy.
To use the Website, the App, and other services offered by The Monsha’s, you must be eligible to engage in a legally binding contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors, defined as individuals under 18 years of age, are prohibited from registering as members or conducting business on the website or using any services. The Monsha’s relies solely on the information provided by you during registration, and you indemnify The Monsha’s from any third-party claims arising from inaccurate information.
Before making purchases through the website or app, you must register as a member. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) and account designation during the registration process. It is your responsibility to protect the secrecy of the OTP and account, and you are liable for all activities conducted under your account. In case of unauthorized use or security breaches, you must promptly notify The Monsha’s and log out after each session. The Monsha’s will not be responsible for any harm or loss caused due to negligence in this regard.
By signing up with The Monsha’s, you acknowledge that you can receive wellness, grooming, and beauty services in your home. The Monsha’s acts as an aggregator/marketplace for professionals with varying levels of expertise.
The charges for our professionals depend on their qualifications and training, subject to dynamic ratings based on user feedback.
Appointments at The Monsha’s must be scheduled either over the phone or online based on availability. In case of any delay, The Monsha’s will make efforts to inform you, and liability will be limited to rescheduling the appointment.
Customers can cancel booking after payment of the course. However, no money will be refunded after a payment is once made. Your money can be adjusted some or the other services that you may take at a later stage through our platform.
The Monsha’s owns all Intellectual Property Rights on the Website, except for user-generated content, which remains the user’s property and is subject to a non-exclusive license when shared for public viewing.
Users agree to defend and indemnify The Monsha’s against any claims, demands, or penalties arising from their violation of these Terms.
Prices for goods and services listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The Monsha’s may de-register or terminate user access if any violations or unethical behaviour is identified. These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by The Monsha’s. Users are responsible for services availed until the termination date.
Indian laws govern this Agreement, and disputes shall be settled in Delhi courts.
If any term of the agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove elements of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
